How JW started …

James Webb, South African, is the founder and Managing Director of JW. He discovered his passion for the industry while working at a Dubai based interior and exhibition company. In 2021, James Webb created JW, starting with just one employee, the team have now grown to thirteen and rising!

Initially focusing on general maintenance, JW is now the leader in the local market for decor and renovations, while still offering general maintenance services. JW works with high profile alliance companies to ensure that all aspects of design and build are offered to a superior standard.
